Zuranaz Recipe

Fruit Custard ❤❤
Ingredients:
- 1 Ltr full cream milk
- 5 Tbs custard powder
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla essence
- 2 Tbs Fresh cream (optional)
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Piece banana
- 1 Piece apple
- 1 Piece pomegranate
- 250 Grams of black grapes
- 200 Grams green grapes
- 2 Tbs chopped almond pealed (optional)

Method:
- In a medium sized pan bring the milk just to a boil. Add sugar.
- Gradually add the 1/2 cup of warm milk to the custard powder, stirring all the while.
- Return the custard mixture to the sauce pan and cook over medium heat. stirring constantly until the mixture starts thickens and start to boil.
- Add vanilla essence and cream into the custard mixture, bring to boil.
- Remove the custard cream from the heat and let it to cool.
- Refrigerate the mixture until it's completely cold.
- Serve cold.
- Add the sliced fruits in the custard cream and mix well
