A first-of-its-kind British Council initiative for the IELTS Partnership in Bangladesh, our IELTS Teacher Training Seminars (Level 2) on Writing Task 1 and Listening were successfully held in Chattogram and Khulna in July and August creating a dynamic platform for continued professional growth. These IELTS Seminars (Level 2) are designed for participants who successfully completed the IELTS Training of Trainers Level 1 in 2024 through our partner organisations and completed at least one year of service post-training.
These engaging and impactful sessions were led by British Councilâs Master Trainers Sana Shahid (Chattogram) and Syed Nakib Sadi (Khulna). The Writing Task 1 seminar focused on practical approaches to help students produce clear, well-structured reports aligned with assessment criteria, while the Listening seminar equipped teachers with effective strategies to support learners in keeping up with speakers and tackling key question types.
đ Congratulations to all participating teachers for their dedication to professional development and their commitment to enhancing student success in IELTS!
