কিছু পাকনা ক্লায়েন্ট আছে। ফেইসবুকের বিভিন্ন গ্রুপে ঘুরে ঘুরে পরামর্শ খুঁজে। মন মতো উত্তর খোঁজ করে। কিন্তু সত্য সত্যই। আইনী সমস্যার সঠিক সমাধান আইনীভাবেই নিতে হয়।

ফেইসবুকে সাধারণ মানুষের কাছ থেকে তারা মন ভোলানো উত্তর পেতে পারে তবে দিন শেষে নিজের এবং পরিবারের জন্য দীর্ঘদিনের ভোগান্তি এরা নিজ দোষেই বয়ে নিয়ে আসে।

আইনী সমাধান কখনোই ফেইসবুক কিংবা ফোনালাপ নির্ভর নয়। আইনজীবীদের শরণাপন্ন হতে হয়। আইনজীবী দ্বারা কাগজ পত্র পর্যবেক্ষণ করাতে হয়। এর মধ্যে দিয়েই আইনের মধ্যেই কোন জায়গায় সমাধান আছে বের করে আনতে হয়।

ফেইসবুকে কিংবা ফোনালাপে কোন আইনজীবীই আপনাকে পূর্নাঙ্গ কিংবা শর্টকাট সমাধান দিতে পারবে না। প্রাথমিক পরামর্শ দিতে পারেন তবে সেটি ফলোআপ করা তার দায়িত্বের আওতায় পড়ে না। এটা যত সহজে বুঝতে পারবেন তত মানসিক সমস্যা এবং বিভ্রান্তি এড়িয়ে সহজ সমাধানে পৌছাঁতে পারবেন।

সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যম অনেক কিছুই সহজ করেছে তবে ভোগান্তি বাড়াতেও কম সহায়তা করে নাই। সব হারিয়ে তারপর আইনজীবীর কাছে গিয়ে সব হারিয়েছি বলা মানুষের কাতারে নিজেকে সামিল করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন। এতেই কল্যান নিহিত আছে।

একি সাথে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পড়াশোনা তারপর বার কাউন্সিল এর সনদ পাওয়ার এক কঠিন পরীক্ষা দেওয়া আর এখন আইনজীবী হয়ে আদালতে মানুষের অধিকার আদায়ের জন্য সংগ্রাম করে যাওয়া।

যেতে হবে বহুদূর। অনেক কিছু করা বাকি। অনেকের জন্য কিছু করা বাকি।
