Aeronautical Engineering Department of MIST is going to organize a 7 days workshop on "Remote Controlled Aircraft Design, Fabrication and Operation" earlier it as named as "Design Fabrication and Demonstration of RC Aircraft" with effect from 30 March 2015 to 05 April 2015. The workshop will provide a unique opportunity to understand and apply the theory underlying the working of an aircraft and to design a mini aircraft as well as to fabricate the same. The participants will be introduced to major major concepts of Aeronautical Engineering like Aerodynamics, Flight Mechanics, Propulsion, Structures, Avionics Systems and other areas. The workshop will help and encourage the participants to solve real time problems involved in making RC aircraft and to know the regulatory issues, so that the participants can stimulate their theoretical knowledge into practical. Students from different public/private universities, professionals, aero hobbyists and enthusiasts from other organizations are invited to participate in the workshop.
