Golden tips for presentation (PART-1) :

Concern regarding presentation is very common. Here are some golden and preciouse tips to make u adapted and smart io presentation stage:

1) Say 'it's important' : Yes, u have to say this to grab audiences' attention. The moment u r saying before a line of speech 'and important part is' or 'but the crucial point is' etc., audience r going to pay much more attention.

2) Pause before & after bottomline: take a breath before ur important line and pause after that important part too. It'll let the audience realize about the importance of that bottomline part.

3) Deepen the tone: At some cases u should have to deepen the tone to ensure the believablity of that line. For example, in conclusion if u say with deep tone 'and that's why this happens' or 'And for that reason I'm the best' etc. audience are going to belive it subconcously.

4) Stand still at important announcement: You may be at an intention of covering the stage while presenting. But please stand still while announcing bottomline. Because, if audience remain busy watching you, they cant listen u with attention.

Eye-contact ঠিক রাখার কৌশল:

Presentation এর ক্ষেত্রে eye-contact ঠিক রাখা সত্যি-ই অনেকের কাছেই খুব কঠিন ব্যাপার। অনেকেই presentation এর জন্য দাড়িয়ে দর্শকশ্রোতাদের অভিব্যক্তি দেখে nervous হয়ে পড়ে আর যথাযথভাবে আই কন্ট্যাক্ট রাখতে পারে না। আজ Eye-contact ঠিক রাখার কিছু কৌশল নিয়ে বলব:

প্রথমত, Presentation Stage-এ উঠার পরপর্ই দর্শকদের মধ্য থেকে চার কোণার চারজন এবং ঠিক মধ্যখানের একজনকে নির্বাচন করুন।

এবার শুধু ওই পাঁচজনের দিকে তাকিয়েই খুব স্বাভাবিকভাবে যথাযথ অভিব্যাক্তি দিয়ে আপনার presentation প্রদর্শন করুন।
দর্শকদের মনে হবে আপনি সবার দিকে তাকিয়েই present করছেন।

যা মনে রাখবেন:

>> সময় ধরে কিছুক্ষন ডানদিকে বা বামদিকে তাকিয়ে present করবেন না। Randomly বারবার সবদিকে তাকিয়েই present করুন।

>> Audience দের প্রতি সুন্দর শ্রদ্ধাবোধ রেখে present করুন, তারা স্বস্থিবোধ করবে।

>> Speech এর চাহিদা অনুযায়ী expression দেয়ার চেষ্টা করুন, Presentation প্রানবন্ত হবে।
