Step-by-Step Guide for CBT IELTS at ISBF..!!!

১. টাইপিং নিয়ে অহেতুক টেনশন করবেন না
অনেকেই ভাবেন CBT-এর জন্য ঝড়ের গতিতে টাইপ করতে হবে। এটা ভুল ধারণা। আপনার সাধারণ টাইপিং স্পিড থাকলেই চলবে।
করণীয়: চ্যাটিং-এর স্টাইলে নয়, বরং ফরমাল ইংরেজি টাইপ করার অভ্যাস করুন। আপনার বানান (Spelling) ঠিক হচ্ছে কি না, সেদিকে নজর দিন।

প্র্যাকটিস টিপস: প্রতিদিন অন্তত ২০ মিনিট কম্পিউটারে ইংরেজি প্যারাগ্রাফ লিখুন। এতে আঙুলের জড়তা কেটে যাবে।

২. Writing টাস্কে 'এডিটিং' এর সুবিধা কাজে লাগান

পেপার-বেসড পরীক্ষায় মাঝখানে কোনো লাইন যোগ করতে চাইলে পুরো প্যারাগ্রাফ মুছতে হতো। কিন্তু CBT-তে আপনি সহজেই Cut, Copy, Paste করতে পারবেন।

করণীয়: রিয়েল এক্সাম এনভায়রনমেন্টে প্র্যাকটিস করুন। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে ঠিক আসল পরীক্ষার মতোই টেক্সট বক্স এবং ওয়ার্ড কাউন্টার (Word Counter) আছে, যা আপনাকে বারবার শব্দ গোণার ঝামেলা থেকে মুক্তি দেবে।

৩. Reading-এ 'Split Screen' এর সাথে পরিচিত হোন

CBT-তে রিডিং প্যাসেজ থাকে স্ক্রিনের বাম পাশে এবং প্রশ্ন থাকে ডান পাশে। পাতা উল্টানোর ঝামেলা নেই, যা অনেক সময় বাঁচায়।

করণীয়: মাউস ব্যবহার করে টেক্সট Highlight করা এবং Notes নেওয়ার ফিচারগুলো প্র্যাকটিস করুন। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটের মক টেস্টে এই ফিচারগুলো হুবহু রাখা হয়েছে, যাতে আপনি মাউসের ক্লিকেই কি-ওয়ার্ডগুলো মার্ক করতে পারেন।

৪. Listening-এ ফোকাস বাড়ান

CBT-তে হেডফোন দেওয়া হয়, যা বাইরের শব্দ থেকে আপনাকে মুক্ত রাখে। তবে মনে রাখবেন, পেপার-বেসড পরীক্ষার মতো শেষে উত্তর ট্রান্সফার করার জন্য ১০ মিনিট সময় পাওয়া যাবে না। লিসেনিং শেষ হওয়ার পর চেক করার জন্য মাত্র ২ মিনিট সময় পাবেন।

করণীয়: শোনার সাথে সাথে উত্তর টাইপ করার অভ্যাস গড়ে তুলুন। এটি মাল্টিটাস্কিং স্কিল বাড়াবে।

৫. ফুল মক টেস্ট দিয়ে নিজের 'সিটিং পাওয়ার' বাড়ান

কম্পিউটারের সামনে টানা ২ ঘণ্টা ৩০ মিনিট বসে পরীক্ষা দেওয়াটা শারীরিক ও মানসিকভাবে চ্যালেঞ্জিং হতে পারে। তাই পরীক্ষার আগে অন্তত ৫-১০টি ফুল মক টেস্ট দেওয়া জরুরি।

করণীয়: ঘরে বসে ল্যাপটপ বা পিসিতে ফুল মক টেস্ট দিন। এতে চোখের এবং পিঠের জড়তা কেটে যাবে।
