It is with profound sorrow that BRAC University Computer Club (BUCC) mourns the tragic passing of two students from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University, Labib Wadi Sopan and Ajwad Tawsif, who lost their lives in Munshiganj on 22nd May 2026. Inna Lillahi Wa Inna Ilaihi Raji’un.

Their untimely passing is a heartbreaking loss for the entire BRAC University community. They will always be remembered for their presence, aspirations, and the memories they shared with friends, classmates, and teachers throughout their journey at the university.

On behalf of BUCC, we extend our deepest condolences to their families, friends, classmates, and loved ones during this difficult time. May Allah grant them eternal peace and provide strength and patience to everyone grieving this immense loss.
