Following the completion of Executive Director Tahsinah Ahmed's tenure, we are pleased to announce that Habibullah Tamim will serve as Acting In-Charge until the next Executive Director is appointed.

Tamim is a graduate of BYLC's signature Building Bridges through Leadership Training (BBLT) program. He joined BYLC as a young leader shaped by that experience and has grown into a Senior Manager of Programs over eight years, building a strong track record in program ex*****on and operations management. His deep understanding of BYLC's mission, values, and work positions him well to lead the organization during this transition.

His stepping up at this moment is an apt demonstration of what the BBLT program is designed to do: develop homegrown leadership that strengthens institutions and communities from within.

As we enter this next chapter, we remain steadfast in our mission to develop courageous, compassionate, and competent leaders committed to building a better future for Bangladesh.

On Sunday, June 14, our Board and management team gathered to honor Tahsinah Ahmed, BYLC's first Executive Director, and to reflect on her tenure with heartfelt gratitude.

Ms. Ahmed joined BYLC four years ago, bringing over three decades of experience in the development sector. Under her leadership, BYLC grew into a stronger institution, supported by a more resilient and capable team.

To Tahsinah Ahmed, thank you for the vision, dedication, and commitment you brought to this work. BYLC is stronger because of you, and we wish you every success in the chapters ahead.

BYLC held its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the BYLC Headquarters yesterday. The AGM was attended by Founder and Executive Chairperson Ejaj Ahmad; Board Members Akhter Matin Chaudhury, Farzana Kashfi, Homayara Latifa Ahmed, Pial Islam, and Zafar Sobhan; Executive Director Tahsinah Ahmed; and General Members.

The meeting provided an opportunity to reflect on organizational progress, share key updates, and discuss BYLC's strategic priorities and future direction.
