তাঁদের আত্মবলিদান আমাদের চিরন্তন প্রেরণা, তাঁদের সংগ্রাম আমাদের সামনে এগিয়ে চলার শক্তি জোগায়। তাঁদের ত্যাগের ফলেই আজ আমরা গর্বের সঙ্গে মাতৃভাষায় কথা বলতে পারি।

MIU English Club successfully organized the session “Presentation Champs: Legacy of Courage and Leadership”, which was conducted with vibrant participation and insightful presentations. Through their thoughtful speeches, the participants beautifully reflected the courage, personality, and leadership of Shaheed Sharif Osman Hadi, allowing his inspiring legacy to emerge meaningfully through their presentations.

The prizes were presented by our respected Mohammad Nazmul Haque Shikdar Shiblu, Coordinator of the Department of English, and Mir Jarin Tasmin, Lecturer, Department of English.

Additionally, MIU English Club President Moshiur Rahman and General Secretary Mahbub Morshed handed over the club achievement certificate to the Club Assistant Moderator, Mir Jarin Tasmin.

The program concluded with the distribution of certificates among the participants, marking the end of a memorable and enriching academic session.

The Manarat International University English Club (MIUEC) successfully organized an Orientation and Seminar Program for the newly admitted students of the 27th batch of the Department of English on Monday, January 26, 2026, at the auditorium of MIU’s permanent campus in Ashulia.

The seminar featured Mohammad Nazmul Haque Shikdar Shiblu, Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator of the Department of English, as the keynote speaker. He presented an insightful paper titled “Self Development through the Lens of English Literature,” offering valuable academic insights and inspiration to the freshers.

During the program, a slideshow presentation highlighting the vibrant activities and initiatives of the MIU English Club was delivered by the Club President, Moshiur Rahman, introducing the freshers to the club’s vision and role.

The event concluded with a closing speech by the English Club Moderator, Syeda Tartila Sanjida, Lecturer, who emphasized student engagement, academic growth, and active participation in co-curricular activities.

At the beginning of the program, the freshers were warmly welcomed with flowers. To make the session more interactive and engaging, a quiz competition was organized, and prizes were distributed among the winners.

Condolence Message
We are deeply saddened by the tragic fire incident that occurred in Uttara on Friday, 16 January 2026, which took the lives of two former students of Manarat International University from the Pharmacy 13th Batch Kazi Fazle Rybby Rizvi (ID # 0813BPM00352) and Afroza Akter (ID # 0813BPM00360) along with their infant child.
Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’un.
We sincerely pray to Almighty Allah to forgive their departed souls, grant them Jannatul Firdaus, and bestow patience and strength upon the bereaved family during this time of profound grief. We extend our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy.
