Day 3 of Robotics Summer Camp 2026 is complete.
Today our students moved into one of the most exciting builds yet, the Armbot. They reviewed servo angle logic before assembling a 3 axis robotic arm using multiple servomotors, just like the ones used in real industrial machines. Step by step, they built the main body, joint 1 for horizontal movement, joint 2 for vertical movement, and a claw to grip and lift objects.
By the end of the session, students were testing their own robotic arms, programming them to move and pick up objects, and seeing firsthand how robots in factories operate.
From understanding joints and servo angles to watching their Armbot come to life, today was all about precision, patience, and problem solving.
