A Clearer Tomorrow Begins with the Gift of Sight
For many people, cataract is more than a vision problem, it can limit independence, confidence, and everyday life. Through the Vision for Vision initiative, we had the privilege of helping several individuals take a meaningful step toward a brighter future.
Following the Free Eye Camp held on 24 June 2026 at Begum Farida Masud Foundation, Kamalapur, Uttar Para, Sreepur, Magura, selected patients (2nd batch) successfully underwent cataract surgery on 08 August 2026 at Lions Eye Institute & General Hospital.
Behind every successful surgery was a shared effort, made possible through the collaboration of MARKS Medical College Hospital, Lions Club of Dhaka Laxmipur, and Lions Eye Institute & General Hospital.
We are deeply grateful to the doctors, healthcare professionals, volunteers, organizers, and everyone who worked with dedication to make this initiative possible.
At MARKS Medical College Hospital, we believe meaningful healthcare begins with reaching people where support is needed most. We are proud to be part of initiatives that create real impact in people’s lives.
Because restoring sight is not only about helping someone see again. It is about helping them rediscover confidence, independence, and hope.
