Books.But it is recommended that you buy IELTS Testbuider 1 (new edition) – Sam Mcarter (Macmillan) and possibly Testbuilder 2. These are a reasonable price, containing 4 tests, answer key with explanations & practical tips.
IELTS Language Practice – Michael Vince (Macmillan) covers grammar & vocabulary for students aiming at 7.0 and above. All the practice exercises follow the IELTS examination format.)
