*ATTENTION*: Support victims of the Korail fire

Our hearts go out to the families affected by the devastating fire in Korail. Many have lost their homes, belongings, and the sense of security we often take for granted.

I will be facilitating support through It's Humanity Foundation - IHF, who are already on the ground distributing emergency relief packages to affected families.

If you would like to contribute, you may send your donation directly to Its It's Humanity Foundation - IHF (see photo attached).

IHF’s current relief packages include:
• Clothing Support (BDT 2,200): Blankets, floor mats, winter clothes, shawls
• Food Support (BDT 2,500): Children’s food, dry food packs, cooked meals, water
• Hygiene & Safety (BDT 1,500): Sanitary pads, antiseptic cream, soap, savlon, burn cream, mosquito repellent, bucket & mug, torch light
• Immediate Response Pack (BDT 4,500): A combined package covering clothing, food, hygiene, safety items, and essential supplies for families

I’d recommend instruct them to allocate your money for food or sanitary packages as many organisations will provide blankets. Food is a continuous need hence best to donate towards that.

You can also contribute with your time. If you are interested in volunteering in person who help distribute or rebuild homes, please get in touch with me. Over the next few weeks IHF will need volunteers when they launch phase 3 of support.

Let us stand together and extend a hand to those in need.
