ইনশাআল্লাহ অচিরেই আমরা আহমাদ এডুকেশনের ছাত্রদের নিয়ে একটি গ্রুপ খুলতে যাচ্ছি যেখানে আমরা ইংলিশ প্র্যাকটিস করবো এবং আমাদের ঘাটতি গুলো পূরণ করে নিতে পারবো।

It’s 17th Ramadan today. On this day in 2nd Hijri year, the historical battle of Badr was held. It was the first and one of the the great battles of Islam. The believers were put to the first real test during this battle.

The Battle of Badr was fought in 624 AD about 50 miles south-west of Madina between the muslims and the pagans from Quraish.
There a team of 313 Muslims, who were mostly unarmed with only two horses and 70 camels between them, led by Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), met an well-armed and well-equipped army of unbelievers, who were over 1000 in number. In spite of having a very clear dissimilarity of outer arms and power, the muslims stood next to the prophet (PBUH) and didn’t falter for even a moment.The Muslims went on killing them and taking prisoners. 70 pagans met their death, and the Muslims took from them 70 prisoners. Fourteen from the companions of massenger (sm:) died.

Eventually the muslims achieved a splendid victory and established the standard of truth never to be lowered again. Almighty Allah says in the holy Quran about it:

وَ لَقَدْ نَصَرَكُمُ اللّٰهُ بِبَدْرٍ وَّ اَنْتُمْ اَذِلَّةٌ ۚ فَاتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُوْنَ، (آل عمران، : 123)

"And Allah provided you help in the battle of Badr, whereas you had little resources (at that time). Therefore, fear Allah so that you may become grateful."

The consequence of the victory at Badr was far reaching. It gave the rising Muslim state of Madina the much needed self-confidence and moral strength to stand on its own power. It dealt a severe blow to the prestige of pagans and unbelievers. It also strengthened the faith of the Muslims.
