Senior Counsellor & Business Development Manager (Experienced)

📌 Position 1: Senior Counsellor (USA, Canada & Europe)
Vacancies: 03�Eligibility: Male & Female�Salary: BDT 25,000–40,000 (Negotiable based on experience, skills, and performance)
💼 Experience
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Study Abroad Industry.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional counselling to students planning to pursue higher education abroad.
* Guide students and guardians on admissions, university selection, scholarships, and visa procedures.
* Manage student applications from initial counselling to final submission.
* Maintain regular communication with students and ensure timely follow-up.
* Support student recruitment campaigns, promotional activities, and enrolment initiatives.
* Maintain accurate student records and update application progress in the CRM.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor's and Master's degree completed, or currently enrolled in a Master's programme.
* Experience in education consultancy, client service, public relations, or a related field will be an advantage.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong English writing proficiency.
* Positive, professional, and student-focused attitude.
* Willingness and confidence to participate in promotional videos and marketing activities.

📌 Position 2: Business Development Manager
Vacancies: 01�Eligibility: Male & Female�Salary: BDT 30,000–40,000 (Negotiable based on experience, skills, and performance)
💼 Experience
* Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in the Study Abroad Industry.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase student recruitment and revenue.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, colleges, education agents, schools, coaching centres, and institutional partners.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand B2B recruitment networks.
* Achieve assigned student enrolment, partnership, and revenue targets.
* Represent Usha Education at education fairs, seminars, workshops, university meetings, and networking events.
* Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, and visa-processing teams to maximise recruitment success.
* Conduct presentations, orientation sessions, and partner training programmes.
* Monitor market trends, university updates, scholarship opportunities, competitor activities, and visa policies.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, recruitment pipelines, partner communications, and business development reports.
* Negotiate partnership agreements, manage key accounts, and strengthen long-term partner relationships to generate sustainable student referrals.
