Dear Contestant

Good day.

It is a great pleasure to inform you that the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Faculty of Engineering & Applied Sciences, Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT) is going to organize ICPC Asia Dhaka Regional Contest for the third time. The Onsite Contest is going to be held at BUBT Campus on Friday, November 03, 2023, and on Saturday, November 04, 2023.

The Main Features of the ICPC ASIA Dhaka Regional Contest are:

• The event is divided into two parts (Online Contest & Onsite Contest)

• Limited accommodation facility for teams from outside Dhaka

• Travel grant for Contestants (For needy contestants only)

• Game competitions and Fun events

• Technical sessions for Coaches and Students

• Attractive Prizes in different categories

This programming contest will be participated by talented and interested teams. Each team will consist of three students and a coach. The coach must be a faculty member of the team’s University. The Executive Committee of ICPC Asia Regional Dhaka Site Event has checked out the following procedure for the participants:

• All teams must register online at [https://icpc.global](https://icpc.global/) on or before Thursday, September 21, 2023. (Registration fee Per Team: Tk. 400/=). Registration is open from August 1, 2023.

• All accepted teams must attend the online preliminary contest for qualifying onsite contest on Saturday, November 04, 2023.

• List of selected teams for the onsite contest will be published on Tuesday, October 10, 2023.

• All selected teams for the onsite contest will have to pay a registration fee of Tk. 7500/= (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Taka Only). For foreign teams, the registration fee is $300 (Three hundred dollars) only.

• Accepted teams for onsite contest are required to attend the ICPC Asia Dhaka Regional Contest from Friday, November 03, 2023 to Saturday, November 04, 2023.

• All Selected team members will receive Bags, T-Shirts, Certificates of participation, and other necessary items.

• The organizer will provide lunch and snacks for the 2 days (November 3-4, 2023).
