We proudly observed the World Day for Safety and Health at Work as part of the “Social Protection for Workers in the Textile and Leather Sector (SOSI)” project, implemented by GIZ Bangladesh.

An internal seminar was held with our Workers’ Engagement Team, Participation Committee representatives, and Safety Committee members, focusing on safety awareness, PPE training and discussions on workplace hazards and prevention. A facility walkthrough was also conducted to assess safety conditions and identify key areas for improvement.

On International Workers’ Day, we celebrate the spirit of perseverance, the strength of dedication and the tireless efforts
that shape our progress.

Dekko ISHO Group Awards Night 2026 was a celebration of the people behind our success, marked by commitment, leadership and excellence. In a lively and engaging atmosphere, we recognized the outstanding contributions of our team members, whose passion and dedication continue to inspire our journey. The evening was enriched with spontaneous moments, meaningful reflections from our leaders and a shared story of teamwork, pride and achievement.

Dekko ISHO Group - বৈশাখী সমারোহ (a festival for welcoming the Bengali New Year) was not just an event, but a heartfelt celebration of culture, connection and new beginnings.

Rooted in the rich and beautiful traditions of Bangladesh, we came together for a day filled with joy, vibrant colors and cultural expressions. The shared moments truly captured the spirit of the occasion.

Recently, we had the honour of welcoming Mr. Fabio Novembre, globally acclaimed designer and Ambassador of Italian Design 2026, to our facilities, marking a key milestone in our design journey.

The visit was hosted by Ms. Rayana Hossain, Founder & Managing Director of ISHO and Director of Dekko ISHO Group. Mr. Fabio Novembre was accompanied by a delegation from the Embassy of Italy, including Madame Paola Belfiore, Ambassador’s Spouse and Mr. Di Virgilio Donatella, Commercial Attaché, Embassy of Italy in Dhaka.

During their time at Dekko Garments Limited and Designscape Limited, the delegation explored our integrated design approach, product development capabilities and end-to-end value chain, where creativity, craftsmanship and functionality come together.

E-waste recycling is vital for sustainability. By properly collecting, handling, and disposing of electrical and electronic waste, we can prevent environmental contamination, conserve resources and support a circular economy.
Recently, Dekko ISHO Group has partnered with JR Recycling Solutions Ltd. to responsibly recycle electronic waste from our factories and corporate offices. This initiative ensures secure handling, traceability, and regulatory compliance, while strengthening our ESG performance and reinforcing our commitment to sustainability and responsible business practices.
