Absolutely free. There are no other fees. This course is to introduce the basic concepts of astronomy in Bangla for the purpose of popularizing astronomy in Bangladesh.
Welcome everyone, math will be used sparingly, and will be done in a way that everyone can understand.

94% of the universe's galaxies are permanently unreachable:

Even if we traveled at the speed of light, we’d never be able to reach these galaxies.

The universe's expansion is causing galaxies outside the Local Group to move away from us, many now faster than the speed of light.

This means that galaxies beyond 18 billion light-years are forever unreachable, no matter how advanced our technology or how much time passes. As dark energy drives this accelerated expansion, only 6% of the universe's galaxies will remain within our reach.

Each year, around 160 billion stars in distant galaxies become inaccessible, leaving the Local Group as the only reachable part of the cosmos in the distant future.

Intense fires burning in several South American countries draped large swaths of smoke across the continent throughout August and early September 2024. In Brazil and Bolivia, fire activity reached levels not seen since 2010 as a prolonged drought parched landscapes in both countries.

From about 1 million miles (1.6 million kilometers) away from Earth, NASA’s EPIC (Earth Polychromatic Imaging Camera) imager on the DSCOVR (Deep Space Climate Observatory) satellite captured this view of smoke billowing from the blazes on September 3, 2024.
