প্রথম ধাপ:
প্রথমে আপনাকে নীচের এই ওয়েবসাইট তে ভিজিট করতে হবে:

১. এখান থেকেই আপনাকে রেজিস্ট্রেশন এবং আবেদন সম্পুর্ণ করতে হবে।
২. একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করুন:
- একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে সর্বোচ্চ ১০ জনের আবেদন জমা দেওয়া যাবে।
- পাসপোর্ট বায়োডাটা পেজ এবং ছবি আপলোড করুন (jpg File 3 MB এর মধ্যে হতে হবে)।
- পাসপোর্ট থেকে তথ্য স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ফর্মে আসবে। এর পরেও তথ্য সঠিকভাবে যাচাই করে নিবেন।
৩. তথ্য এবং ডকুমেন্টস আপলোড করুন:
- প্রয়োজনীয় ডকুমেন্টস যেমন ব্যাঙ্ক স্টেটমেন্ট বা বর্তমান অবস্থানের প্রমাণ আপলোড করুন।
৪. ভিসার ধরন নির্বাচন করুন:
ভিসা ফি (টাকা):
- ট্যুরিস্ট ভিসা (সিঙ্গেল এন্ট্রি): 3,500
- ট্যুরিস্ট ভিসা (মাল্টিপল এন্ট্রি): 17,000
আপনি যদি অন্য ধরণের ভিসার আবেদন করতে চান যেমন মেডিকেল / বিজনেস ইত্যাদি তবে সেখানেই অর্থাৎ অন্যান্য সেই সকল ভিসার বিস্তারিত ফি ও তথ্য ওয়েবসাইটে পাবেন।
৫. এম্বেসি নির্বাচন করুন:
- বাংলাদেশ থেকে আবেদনকারীরা শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার রয়্যাল থাই এম্বেসির মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

২য় ধাপ: পেমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া
১. পেমেন্ট ইনফো সামারি (P*S) শীট:
- আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার পর QR কোড এবং রেফারেন্স নাম্বার সম্বলিত একটি শীট পাবেন।
২. পেমেন্ট করুন: [Commercial Bank of Ceylon](https://www.combank.net.bd/thaievisa)-এর ওয়েবসাইটে যান।
- ভিসা ফি জমা দেওয়ার পর P*S শীটটি পেমেন্ট প্ল্যাটফর্মে আপলোড করুন।
- পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হলে ই-রিসিপ্ট ই- মেইলে পাঠানো হবে।

৩য় ধাপ: ভিসা অনুমোদন
১. প্রসেসিং সময়:
- আবেদন প্রক্রিয়ার জন্য মিনিমাম ১০ কার্যদিবস সময় লাগবে।
- এম্বাসি প্রয়োজন মনে করলে অতিরিক্ত ডকুমেন্ট চাইতে হতে পারে।
২. ই-ভিসা গ্রহণ:
- যদি আবেদন এপ্রোভাল হয় তবে ই- মেইলের মাধ্যমে অনুমোদিত ভিসা পেয়ে যাবেন।
- ই-ভিসা প্রিন্ট করে থাই ইমিগ্রেশনে দেখান।
আবেদন পত্র সম্পুর্ণ হলো কিনা তা নিশ্চিত হতে পারবেন।
কী প্রাপ্তি ও সময়সূচি(পয়েন্ট আকারে)
★রেজিস্ট্রেশন:
- অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং পাসওয়ার্ড পাবেন।
★আবেদন জমা দেওয়ার পর:
- P*S শীট (QR কোড এবং পেমেন্ট তথ্য সহ) পাবেন।
★পেমেন্টের পর: ই-রিসিপ্ট
★অনুমোদনের পর:
- ই-ভিসা / অতিরিক্ত তথ্যের অনুরোধ / আবেদন প্রত্যাখ্যান সংক্রান্ত ই-মেইল পাবেন।

Malta Digital Nomad Visa Requirements

* Valid Passport – Your passport must be valid( including blank pages)
* Letter of Intent stating your reasons for applying(a signed and dated declaration by the Main Applicant clearly stating the motivations for moving to Malta and the intention of applying for the Nomad Residence Permit. The Letter should also include the list of documentation that will be submitted at the application stage to support the application).
* Employment contract and official tax documentation (where applicable) in case of employment – clearly showing obligations to the employer or company and clearly stating that work duties may be performed independent of location using telecommunications.
* Documentary evidence of business owned in part or whole (where applicable) in case of self-employment – official tax returns and/or profit and loss accounts for the previous year, stamped and signed by a warranted accountant; certificate of incorporation; memorandum and articles of association; share register; register of directors. Depending on the jurisdiction, documents can, at times, be titled differently but would still hold jurisdictional equivalence. When this occurs, a declaration is required stipulating such differences in titles.
* Documentary evidence of freelance activities (where applicable) in case of freelance – service contracts clearly showing obligations to the service receiver, the work duties performed, and rate of payment; bank statement(s) showing inward transactions of income generated from the declared activities (for which service contracts are being submitted); three invoices and corresponding receipts issued to service receiver(s) (for which service contracts are being submitted and which income is shown in the bank statement(s), sufficient to satisfy the program criteria of a minimum of EUR 2,700 gross monthly income.
* 2,700€ per Month – You must make at least 2,700€ per month (gross tax) and have proof of income and bank statements from the last three months
* Earn 3,240€/month if bringing a spouse
* 20% increase for each additional family member( if you can’t provide this bank statement, we can provide you one from our partner bank for extra cost).

IF MARRIED OR GOING WITH FAMILY ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS:

* Marriage Certificate (where applicable) – this certificate is required for each married couple included in the application.
* Birth Certificate of family members (where applicable) – a copy of the original birth certificate is required for each additional dependant.
* Change of Name Documents (where applicable) - If the Main Applicant and/or any of his/her dependants has/have undergone an official name/surname change,
* Affidavit of Dependency (where applicable) – Main Applicant must provide an affidavit of dependency for each dependant over 18 years of age on the date of application. The affidavit must declare that at the time of application, the said dependant is principally physically or economically dependent on the main applicant, hence satisfying the requirements for dependency.
* Award of custody/guardianship (where applicable) – in the case where a court/legal judgment would have given the custody/guardianship of a minor dependant, the relative documentation must be provided. For example, if a parent would have been given sole custody, the court/legal ruling granting such sole custody must be attached.

Should the application be Approved in Principle, the below documents must be submitted. (Upon application stage, proof of accommodation and health insurance will not be accepted.)
Proof of Accommodation – Main Applicant will be requested to submit proof of accommodation covering the full duration of the residence permit. The residence card will be issued with the address provided on this proof.
Local/international health insurance policy – a fully-comprehensive health insurance policy, covering the applicant and all beneficiaries of the Nomad Residence Permit for one (1) year. A travel insurance policy is not an alternative to a health insurance policy and will not be accepted.
British nationals are not required to submit a health insurance policy.

Step 1: Gather Documents
Collect all of your necessary documents complete the application form and send all documents to us for evaluation. If eligible, pay the embassy visa fee + admin/legal fee= 600€

Step 2: We Submit the Application Online
We will Upload all of these documents digitally and email them to the Residency Malta Agency.

Step 3: Wait for Approval
Wait to receive an answer. On average, it will take about 30-40 days to process applications and to be notified of a decision. In some cases could take up to 60 days due to background checks.

Step 4: Once an approval is granted by Malta immigration and visa service, pay Malta Lawyer Consultancy fee: 2000 EURO
