Don't forget to write your daily goals. (Just before sleep)
NOT MORE THAN 3 + NOT LESS THAN 3 (And see your day)
JUST 3 (THREE)
1.
2.
3.

Be a READER or LOSER. (choice is yours)
You want financial freedom but won't read 10 pages a day,
that's not a dream; that's a fantasy.
Rich people's shelves are libraries.
Broke people's shelves are decorations.
If you don't read, that means you're lazy, not unlucky.

"SUCCESS comes from DISCIPLINE,
not from MOTIVATION."
Motivation is a feeling, and feelings are unreliable.
Discipline is a practice:
You do the thing regardless of how you feel about it in the moment.

আমি আজকে মৃত্যুবরণ করলে কিভাবে দিন কাটাবো ?
(নিজেকে আমি প্রতিদিন প্রশ্ন করি)

"I listen first, then I speak."
It's not a slogan, it's a discipline.
A couple of years ago, I thought good communication meant having the fastest answer in the room.
I'd rehearse my response while other people were still talking,
Waiting for my turn instead of actually hearing them.
Somewhere along the way, I flipped the order.
Now, before I offer an opinion,
I ask myself:
→ What is this person really trying to tell me ?
→ What am I missing because I'm focused on my own reply ?
→ What would change if I just... stayed quiet a little longer ?
Listening first doesn't mean staying silent.
It means earning the right to speak by understanding what's actually being said, not what I assume is being said.
The best leaders I've worked with share this trait.
They ask more questions than they answer.
They let silence sit in the room instead of rushing to fill it.
And when they finally do speak, people listen,
Because they know it's informed, not reactive.
Listening isn't passive.
It might be the most active thing you can do in a conversation.
So here's today's reminder,
Mostly for myself:
Pause.
Listen.
Then speak.
What's helped you become a better listener ?
I'd genuinely like to hear it.

Put your hand on your heart when you say "whole heart," and cup your ear when you say "listen."
"When I listen with my whole heart, I learn something new."

"Even if I make a mistake, I can start again."
If something you fell apart in a hard conversation ?
Try this version of resilience: Notice the frustration.
Say it out loud if you need to:
"Even if I make a mistake, I can start again."
What's something you rebuilt after it fell apart in life ?
Drop it in the comments, I'd love to read them.

"Right now, I am safe, and that's enough."
It worked on me.
Because most of our stress doesn't live in the present moment.
It lives in a memory we can't change, or a future we can't control.
Right now ~ this exact second ~ is almost always fine.
→ You're not being fired right now.
→ You're not failing right now.
→ You're not losing right now.
You're just... here.
Breathing.
Okay.
→ That's not toxic positivity.
→ It's not ignoring real problems.
→ It's just refusing to suffer twice.
So if today's been heavy, try this:
Hand on your chest.
One breath.
"Right now, I am safe, and that's enough."
