Position: 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 (𝗚𝗼𝘃𝘁. & 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀)
Salary Range: BDT 25,000 – 30,000
Weekly Holidays: 2 days
Job Location: Banani

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Design and implement training programs, including creating presentations, handouts, and learning materials.
- Coordinate and manage training logistics with clients, venues (hotels/resorts), trainers, and vendors.
- Assist in planning and executing government and special projects.
- Support in tender documentation and proposal submission.
- Maintain communication with project stakeholders and ensure timely ex*****on of deliverables.
- Provide administrative and operational support for all assigned training initiatives.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training & development, marketing agency or related project roles.
- 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞.
- Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, ChatGPT, and Canva.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-driven.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

আজকের প্রশিক্ষক ছিলেন প্রফেশনাল স্পিকার ও 'Self Made Bangladesh' এর প্রতিষ্ঠাতা M D Fakruddin Asif.
তিনি Leadership Skills এর উপর গুরুত্বারোপ করে আজকের ক্লাসটি সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন করেন।

গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি বিভাগের আওতাধীন বাংলাদেশ হাই-টেক পার্ক কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক বাস্তবায়নাধীন এবং Don Sumdany Facilitation & Consultancy কর্তৃক আয়োজিত DEIED এর Soft Skill Training Program-এর ৫ম ব্যাচের ৫ম দিন ছিলো আজ। এই প্রশিক্ষণ কার্যক্রমে আজকের সেশনটি পরিচালনা করেন Trainer & Personal Development Coach, Mashahed Hassan Simanta. তিনি "Internal Communication" বিষয়ের উপর গুরুত্বারোপ করে অংশগ্রহণকারীদের মধ্যে কার্যকর যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা উন্নয়নের উপর তথ্য প্রদান করেন।
