Dua Series: 02

This dua for travel is recited when beginning a journey. It acknowledges that all means of transportation are blessings from Allah, beyond human power to create independently.

By reciting it, a believer expresses gratitude, seeks Allah’s protection during the journey, and remembers that ultimately everyone will return to their Lord.

Dua Series: 01

The Importance of Reciting the Duʿā When Leaving the House and Entering the House.

Reciting the supplication when leaving the house and when entering the house holds great spiritual and practical importance in a Muslim’s daily life. When a person recites the duʿā before leaving, they place their trust in Allah, seek His protection from harms and misguidance, and ask for ease in all matters. This brings peace of mind and ensures that one’s steps are guided with divine help.

Similarly, reciting the duʿā when entering the home invites blessings, mercy, and harmony into the household. It protects the home from negative influences, strengthens family bonds, and ensures that the presence of Allah’s remembrance keeps the environment peaceful.

In short, these simple but powerful supplications safeguard a person inside and outside the home and bring continuous barakah into daily life.

Aqida Series: 01

The Five Pillars of Islam

The foundation of Islam rests on five essential pillars. These pillars guide a Muslim’s faith and actions throughout life.

1. Shahadah (Faith) — Declaring that there is no god but Allah, and Muhammad ﷺ is His Messenger.

2. Salah (Prayer) — Performing the five daily prayers at their prescribed times.

3. Sawme Ramadan (Fasting in Ramadan) — Observing fasting during the month of Ramadan to seek Allah’s pleasure.

4. Zakat (Charity) — Giving a portion of one’s wealth to help the poor and needy.

5. Hajj (Pilgrimage) — Performing the pilgrimage to Makkah at least once in a lifetime, if able.

These five pillars form the foundation of a Muslim’s faith, guiding them to live a life devoted to Allah.

অনেকে মনে করে, কাফের মধ্যখানে ওটা হামযা। আসলে বাস্তবকে কিন্তু তা নয়। বরং এটি হলো কাফেরই প্যাচানো একটা আকৃতি। এটা দেওয়া হয়, যাতে কাফ ও লামের মাঝে পার্থক্য থাকে। কারণ দুইটা হরফই দেখতে কাছাকাছি ধরনের।

বুলগেরিয়া ইউরোপের একটা দেশ। তুরস্কের পাশেই। সেখানে প্রায় ১০% মুসলিম। কিন্তু বুলগেরিয়ার ব্যাপারে বলা হয় সেখানে কেউ মারা গেলে কেবল কবর দেওয়ার ইসলামিক প্র্যাকটিস ছাড়া মুসলিমদের মধ্যে ইসলামের আর কোনো কিছু দেখা যায় না।

আপনার সন্তানদের মধ্যে ইসলামের চর্চা থাকবে কি থাকবে না এটা প্রাথমিকভাবে আপনার উপরই নির্ভর করে। আপনি তাদেরকে কীভাবে বড় করছেন, কী শিক্ষা দিচ্ছেন, এসবের উপর।

ফেসবুকের কল্যাণে স্কুলের নতুন শিক্ষাক্রমের বইয়ের কিছু কন্টেন্ট চোখে পড়েছে। প্রচন্ড আপত্তিজনক, ইসলামোফোবিক বিষয় স্কুলের বইতে স্থান পাচ্ছে। এসব আমাদের সন্তানদের শেখানো হবে ভাবতেই গা শিউরে উঠছে।

দেশের শিক্ষাব্যবস্থার বারোটা অনেক আগেই বেজেছে, কিন্তু এভাবে প্রকাশ্যে ইসলামোফোবিয়া শিশু-কিশোরদের পাঠ্যবইতে স্থান দেওয়া ভয়াবহ।

অভিভাবকদের ভূমিকা তাই এখন অনেক গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। সন্তানকে মাদ্রাসায় দিন। পাশাপাশি বাসায় ভালো হোম স্কুলিং এর ব্যবস্থা করুন। সন্তানের জন্য দুনিয়া, আখিরাত দুইটাই যেন ভালো হয় এর প্রাথমিক সিদ্ধান্ত কিন্তু আপনাদের হাতেই।

‘লেখাপড়া’ নষ্ট হওয়ার অজুহাতে সন্তানকে ‘কুরআনি মক্তব’ বা ‘হেফজখানা’ থেকে ছাড়িয়ে নিয়ে আসা অত্যন্ত দুঃখজনক। চরম পরিতাপের।
‘ক্লাসের- পড়ায় বেশি মনোযোগ ও সময় দেয়ার জন্য, ক্লাস শুরু হওয়ার পর কুরআন শেখা বাদ দিয়ে দেয়া, শিশুকে এই বার্তাই দেয়া হয়, কুরআন শেখা প্রকৃত শিক্ষা নয়। কুরআন শেখার তুলনায় ‘ক্লাসের পড়া’ বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। শিশুকে বোঝানো হয়: কুরআন উন্নতির পথে অন্তরায়।
