Shafiul Azam, DMD & COO Mr. Shahnawaj Chowdhury and EVP & HoHRD Mr. Md. Shafiqur Rahman has graced the inauguration and closing ceremonies, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and growth.
We are thrilled to share some glimpse into the journey of our Management Trainees who recently completed a comprehensive 1-month Foundation Training at the prestigious BIBM.

Modhumoti Bank Limited Learning & Development Center - Explore organized an exclusive Training on "Branch Operations, Control and Compliance Management" in two distinctive phases.
Mr. Shahnawaj Chowdhury, DMD & Chief Operating Officer of the Bank inaugurated the event in the presence of Mr. Md. Shafiqur Rahman, EVP & Head of Human Resources Division and Mr. R.M Shuvo Rahman, FVP & Head of Operations Division of the Bank.

Recently Human Resources Division of Modhumoti Bank Ltd. successfully arranged a Special Session on “Women Hygiene and Personal Care” powered by Girlco which is one of the most trusted E-Commerce platforms in Bangladesh. The session is all about to create awareness of women personal hygiene, health and give them a comfortable zone to discuss.

Victory day 🇧🇩 was celebrated on 16th December commemorating the ultimate victory of our Liberation War in 1971. As a mark of respect and to pay tribute to the Martyrs of the Liberation War a team from MMBL visited " The National Martyrs' Memorial " located at Savar for paying tribute to the departed souls.

The Human Resources Division organized a day long Training on "Internal Credit Risk Rating System in Bank" on 1st December 2022 (Thursday) at Modhumoti Bank Limited Learning & Development Center - Explore. 30 officials from branches and Head office participated in the training.

Mr. R.M. Sariful Islam, EVP & Head of Credit Risk Management Division of the Bank inaugurated the event in the presence of Protap Shekhor Mohanto, FVP and Ajoy Kumar Maitra, PO of the Bank.

MMBL HRD recently arranged the 1st block presentation of the Management Trainee 7th Batch in the Head Office of the Bank. Mr. Shahnawaj Chowdhury, DMD & COO, Mr. Arab Fazlur Rahman, DMD & CRO, Mr. Kamrul Hasan Khan, DMD & CBO and Mr. Md. Shafiqur Rahman, EVP & Head of HRD and other Senior Officials from Head Office and Branches assessed the presentations.

Modhumoti Bank Limited Learning & Development Center - Explore organized a day long Workshop on "Credit Risk, Bangladesh Bank Circulars and Current Issues" on 22nd September 2022 (Thursday) at the Head Office of the Bank.

Mr. Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank inaugurated the event in the presence of Mr. Shahnawaj Chowdhury, DMD & COO, Mr. Arab Fazlur Rahman, DMD & CRO, Mr. Kamrul Hasan Khan, DMD & CBO and other Senior Officials of the Bank.

The Management Trainee 7th Batch (2nd and 3rd Phase) joined the Bank on 7th and 10th August 2022. Their joining was followed by an Orientation that was held at Modhumoti Bank Learning & Development Center – Explore from 7th August to 14th August 2022.
Mr. Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO concluded the Orientation Program with an inspiring and motivating speech.

Mr. Shahnawaj Chowdhury, DMD & COO; Mr. Arab Fazlur Rahman, DMD & CRO, Mr. Kamrul Hasan Khan, DMD & CBO; Mr. Md. Shafiqur Rahman, EVP & Head of HRD and Mr. Mohammad Omar Faruq Khan, SVP & Branch Manager were present in the event and had aspiring dialogues with the MTs.

Foundation Training of 25 Officials of Modhumoti Bank Limited has been inaugurated on 17th July 2022 by Mr. Shahnawaj Chowdhury the Deputy Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Bank. Mr. Chowdhury was accompanied by Mr. Md. Shafiqur Rahman, EVP & Head of HRD and Mr. Zubair Mohammad Mehdad, FAVP, HRD. Dr. Md. Akhteruzzaman, Director General, BIBM was also present in the event.
