🧩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝟎𝟏: Fabric Color Detection System.

🎯 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 :
This project enables the detection and classification of fabric colors by using a computer vision-driven system. The method is based on a live camera stream for taking photographs of fabrics and a manually created Python-OpenCV application to extract the color in RGB and HEX representation, find its closest color name, and allow side-by-side color comparison.

🛠 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
- Textile Quality Control (Dyeing and Finishing Units)
- Digital Color Identification
- Accurate Online Shopping
- For color blind people
- Matching Original Fabrics.

🧩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝟎𝟐 : Smart Industrial Air Purification Robot.

🎯 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 :
The Bot moves Autonomously following a Predetermined Path, Senses Air Quality levels and Purifies the air when it is unhealthy. This is a compact and portable bot designed for using it in industry floors where greater efficiency can be achieved over traditional fixed air purifiers. It also monitors temperature and humidity data and outputs all data on a web interface over WiFi.

🛠 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
- Floors of Garments, Dyeing factories and other industries.
- Schools & hospitals.
- Public Transport Stations.
- Residential Buildings.
- Garbage Disposal Areas.

🧩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝟎𝟑 : Air Conditioner using Peltier Module powered by Solar Energy and Battery Stored Energy.

🎯 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 :
Traditional air conditioners are bulky, energy-intensive, noisy (35–48 dB), and use R-32 refrigerant with a GWP of 675. So,our project aims to develop a Peltier-based cooling device that is energy-efficient, portable, compact, low-noise, and eco-friendly with no refrigerant use.

🧩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝟎𝟒: Bucket Conveyor System.

🎯 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 :
This system is built to transport bulk materials efficiently at an inclined angle. Each bucket is attached to a moving belt, allowing for smooth and continuous movement of items — ideal for use in factories, warehouses, and production lines.

🛠 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
-To reduce manual labor
-To improve material handling
-To streamline the production process in industries.

🧩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝟎𝟓 : Fabric metal fault detector for the RMG Industry.

🎯 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 :
Uses a conveyor belt system to move fabrics through a metal detection system. The system determines the presence of foreign metals in the Garment and sorts out the detective ones with a bin sorting system. Alongside, the system codes the Garment according to its infrared reflection value detected by the system.

🛠 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
- RMG Industry Quality Control.

🧩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝟎𝟔 : Gas, Smoke & Fire Detection System.

🎯 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 :
The LPG detection system detects gas leaks, fire, and smoke using a gas sensor for propane (C₃H₈) and butane (C₄H₁₀), an IR flame sensor, and a temperature sensor. On detecting danger, it activates alarms including a buzzer, LED, and phone/SMS alerts via the Blynk app through a Wi-Fi module. An exhaust fan reduces gas and smoke concentration, while a servo motor with a regulator automatically cuts off the main gas supply, restoring it only when levels return to safety. This ensures real-time monitoring, rapid response, and enhanced safety.

🛠 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
- Home kitchen LPG safety.
- Restaurant and commercial kitchen fire prevention.
- Industrial gas storage and factory safety.
- LPG-powered vehicle and tanker leak detection.

🧩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝟎𝟕: Fire Fighting Robot.

🎯 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 :
A low-cost, autonomous mobile robot designed to detect and extinguish small-scale indoor fires using flame sensors, a water pump system, and Arduino-based control. Equipped with a servo-controlled nozzle for directional spraying and capable of navigating towards detected fire sources.

🛠 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
- Small-scale fire detection and suppression in enclosed environments such as homes, offices, laboratories, and garment factories.
- Early Fire hazard intervention to minimize human risk.
- Educational and Industrial safety demonstrations.

🧩 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝟎𝟖 : SMART TEXTILES-Touch sensitive smart fabric with intruder alert system.

🎯 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 :
This project shows how smart fabric can help protect people by detecting unauthorized touch and sending real-time alerts. It combines pressure sensors, fingerprint recognition, and GPS to create a wearable safety system, especially for children, women, and vulnerable individuals.

🛠 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 :
- Children’s school uniforms.
- Elderly people under home care.
- People with disabilities or special needs.
- Hospital or rehab patients.

বুটেক্স স্পোর্টস ক্লাব কর্তৃক আয়োজিত আন্ত:বিভাগ ফুটবল টুর্নামেন্টের ফাইনালে ডাইজ অ্যান্ড কেমিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং বিভাগকে ১-০ ব্যবধানে হারিয়ে চ্যাম্পিয়ন হয় "ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল এন্ড প্রোডাকশন ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং " বিভাগ।
ম্যাচের এক্সট্রা টাইমের শেষ দ্বিতীয়ার্ধে জয়সূচক গোলটি এনে দেন আই.পি.ই-৪৮ বিভাগের শিহাব সালেহীন।

এছাড়া আই.পি.ই-৪৮ এর হয়ে প্রতিনিধিত্ব করেন বুলবুল হাসনাত,রিয়াশাদ আমিম রিশাদ,আব্দুল আলিম,হাসিবুল হাসান,মঈনুল ইসলাম।

পারফরম্যান্স এর ভিত্তিতে টিমের সিনিয়র,ব্যাচমেট,জুনিয়র প্রত্যকের কম্বিনেশন ছিল অসাধারণ

বুটেক্স আই.পি.ই ৪৮ এই জয়ে অত্যন্ত গর্বিত ও খুশি। আই.পি.ই ৪৮ এর পক্ষ থেকে চ্যাম্পিয়নদের অভিনন্দন ও শুভেচ্ছা!

বাংলাদেশ ইউনিভার্সিটি অফ টেক্সটাইলস্ (বুটেক্স)-ইন্ডাস্ট্রিয়াল এন্ড প্রোডাকশন ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং (IPE) বিভাগের -৪৮ ব্যাচ এর কোনো শিক্ষার্থী যদি আজকে বা আগামীতে সাধারণ ছাত্রছাত্রী তথা আমাদের ভাই-বোনদের উপর আক্রমণের সাথে সম্পৃক্ত থাকার কোনো প্রমাণ পাওয়া যায়, তাহলে তাকে আমরা আমাদের ব্যাচ থেকে বর্জন করবো এবং আমাদের সাথে কোন প্রকার ক্লাস বা কোনধরনের পরীক্ষায় সে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেনা।

তাকে IPE-48 হতে সামগ্রিক ভাবে বর্জন করা হবে।
