Join Our Team as a Customer Care Executive
▪️Location: Uttara, Dhaka
▪️Full-Time | 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
▪️1-Hour Lunch Break
▪️Salary: BDT 15000 + Attractive Sales Incentives
Key Responsibilities
▪️Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, messages, and in-person communication
▪️Conduct both inbound and outbound calls with prospective students and parents
▪️Follow up with assigned leads and achieve daily call/follow-up targets
▪️Guide students and parents regarding courses, admissions, and services
▪️Maintain customer records and update lead information regularly
▪️Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth customer support
▪️Assist with admissions, enrollments, and other office-related administrative tasks
Requirements
▪️Currently studying at or have graduated from a UGC-approved university
▪️Strong communication and interpersonal skills
▪️Comfortable speaking over the phone and interacting with customers
▪️Customer service, telesales, or sales experience will be an advantage
▪️Good command of Microsoft Office and digital tools
▪️Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
▪️Must have a laptop
