✅ Job Responsibilities:
• Providing face to face, over the telephone, or online counselling students on admission and visa applications.
• Advising potential students on education opportunities overseas. Helping them prepare for their studies abroad.
• Listening to students' academic, financial and social concerns and help resolving them.
• Communicating with foreign universities and colleges regarding admission and scholarship purposes.
• Create new business relationships with key education providers in the international market.
• Coordinate and supervise in meetings with foreign institutes, seminars, fairs & spot admissions
• Assist the marketing and business development team during promotional events and generate leads.
• Preparing motivation letters and SOP for students, writing website and promotional contents
• Maintaining accurate computer records of students and filing visa applications with proper documentation to the respective embassies.
• Building a relationship of trust and respect with clients and keeping records confidential.
• Assisting with the general running of the office to ensure smooth operations and perform duties assigned by authorities.

• 9am - 4pm
• 5/6 days a week

✅ Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor in any discipline

✅ Skills & Others Requirements:
• Age 20 to 40 years
• Must have experience in sending students to Australia or Canada or USA.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of professional experience of student counselling, immigration and visa processing in immigration & education consultancy services.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and flexibility over working hours.
• Both males and females can apply. However, females are highly encouraged to apply.
