ETAB aims to work in order to help all English practitioners in Bangladesh grow and empower them equally irrespective of their professional position/designation. Mission
To empower all English practitioners in Bangladesh equally irrespective of their professional position/designation, ethnicity and social groups through the improvement of professional and leadership skills so that they can meet the needs of 21st century English education and achieve SDG 4
Objectives:
To foster brotherhood and fraternity among the teachers of all levels (Primary, secondary, tertiary including general, technical and madrasah education)
To establish a professional network among the teachers of all levels
Decentralize leadership and practice shared leadership
Improve English language teaching and learning practices across the country. Ensure professional development and empowerment of all teachers irrespective of gender , race , faith and ethnicity
Empower underprivileged teacher community through professional development activities and ensuring their participation
To help young and novice English practitioners grow professionally
Ensure overall development of EL learners

Check it after announcing the date and time of Orientation ETAB FB. If you don’t get the link, pls talk to ETAB General Secretary. Please don’t sit idle thinking that we will search for you personally and send you the link. We gave you the message many a time that it is very difficult for us to look for you personally and invite you to join the Orientation.
