পুষ্টি বিজ্ঞান থেকে পাশ করার পর আমাদের অনেকের মাঝেই একটা জড়তা থাকে কিভাবে প্রথম দিকে রোগীর খাদ্য তালিক তৈরি করব,কোন রো্গের জন্য কোন খাবার খাদ্য তালিকায় রাখব বা বাদ দিব ইত্যাদি নানান প্রশ্ন ও সংকোচ কাজ করে আমাদের। যারা ভবিষ্যতে পুষ্টি পেশায় আসতে চান বা কাজ করতে চান তাদের কথা মাথায় রেখে আমাদের এই কোর্সটি ডিজাইন করা। এই কোর্সে শেখানো হবে মোট ২০টি খাদ্য ব্যবস্থাপনা।
বিশ্বের উন্নত দেশগুলোতে কীভাবে খাদ্যতালিকা ও খাদ্যতালিকা সংক্রান্ত পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয় সে সম্পর্কেও বিস্তারিত থাকছে এখানে।
এই কোর্সটিতে মোট ২০ ধরনের ডায়েট প্ল্যানিং শেখানো হবে, প্রতিটি ডায়েট প্ল্যানের উপর থাকছে ২/৩ টি করে কেস স্টাডি ও প্রবলেম সলভিং ক্লাস।
