As an initiative of the BRRC Deputy Director,Dr.Hossain Mohammad Reyad , we had the wonderful opportunity to visit R-PAC Bangladesh, a multinational company operating in 32 countries worldwide.
At this stage of our learning journey, this industry visit was truly valuable. We were given a comprehensive overview of their manufacturing processes and introduced to advanced technologies like RFID systems, which play a crucial role in tracking and managing products in the apparel industry.
It was inspiring to witness how a globally competitive company operates with such efficiency, innovation, and technological advancement. This experience allowed us to connect our academic knowledge with real-world business practices.
We sincerely appreciate this opportunity and the warm hospitality extended by the R-PAC Bangladesh team. Experiences like these motivate us to learn, grow, and prepare ourselves for the professional world.

On 12 March, an online meeting was held between Hubei University and Daffodil International University to explore future academic and research collaboration.

Respected professors from different schools of Hubei University joined the meeting. From DIU, Dr. Mohammad Reyad Hossain, Deputy Director, DIU Belt and Road Research Center, and Mr. Syed Raihan-Ul-Islam, Deputy Director of International Affairs, participated in the discussion.

Both sides discussed potential collaboration in establishing a Belt and Road Joint Laboratory, research collaboration, exchange programs, and other academic initiatives.

🎯On March 1, 2026, we successfully started the Basic Chinese 🇨🇳Language Course (HSK-1) with an ‘Orientation Program’ jointly organized by Office of the International Affairs, DIU & DIU Belt & Road Research Center (DIUBRRC), marking the official beginning of this four-month language learning journey. The session was thoughtfully conducted, featuring welcoming remarks, introductions of instructors Ms. Qin Huanqing and Ms. Zhu Xinyu, and a comprehensive overview of the course structure, expectations, and learning outcomes.

📍 This four-month program is designed for 55 students under 2 different batches to equip them with Basic Chinese language proficiency at the HSK-1 level, enabling them to develop a strong foundational understanding of the language by the end of the course. The program reflects our continued commitment to expanding global language and cultural learning opportunities for our students.
