নেতৃত্ব, পরিশ্রম ও টিমকে সঠিক নির্দেশনা দিয়ে প্রজেক্টের প্রতিটি কাজ করে যেতে সর্বাত্মক চেষ্টা করেও কিছু টাস্ক সময়মত শেষ হচ্ছে না সঠিক সময়ে ফলোআপ মিস করবার কারনে।
প্রজেক্টের সুন্দর প্রগ্রেস থাকা সত্ত্বেও সিনিয়র কে বুঝাতে পারছেন না, সময়মত প্রজেক্ট শেষ করবার জন্য সবকিছু ইন-লাইন আছে।
কারনঃ
প্রজেক্ট স্ট্যাটাস এ্যাট এ্যা গ্লান্স দেখতে না পারা। প্রতিটি টাস্ক আলাদা আলাদা ভাবে ফলোআপ করতে না পারা। একটা টাস্কের ডেডলাইন থেকে যে আর একটি টাস্ক শুরু করতে হবে, সেখানে দেরি করে ফেলা। কিছু টাস্ক যে প্যারালালি শুরু করা যেত, তা বুঝতে দেরি করে ফেলা।

মাইক্রোসফট এক্সেল দিয়ে সহজেই তৈরি করে ফেলা যায় এরকম নিজস্ব ডিজাইনের ড্যাশবোর্ড। প্রজেক্টের প্রতিটি টাস্কের প্লান ও একচুয়াল সময় পার্থক্য, গ্যাপ ও প্রগ্রেস দেখতে পাওয়া যায়। কোন কোন টাস্ক প্রজেক্ট টাইমলাইন মিট করতে গিয়ে বটলনেক হতে যাচ্ছে, তা আগাম বুঝতে পারা যাবে সহজেই।
