We were honoured to launch the Bangladesh Poverty Watch Report 2024 on 18 June at BRAC Centre, Dhaka — a joint initiative by the Center for Inclusive Development Dialogue (CIDD) and the Institute for Inclusive Finance and Development (InM).
This year’s report explores the critical nexus between climate change and poverty in Bangladesh, shedding light on how environmental shocks are impacting lives, livelihoods, and long-term development prospects—especially for the most vulnerable communities.
