• We closely follow the UK National Curriculum - National Curriculum key Stages known as The Foundation Stage (Preschool & Reception), Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2) and Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 5) as it sets down the content and skills that children should learn at different levels from 3 to 9 years and gives criteria against which children’s progress can be measured.

• The US early years curriculum provides opportunities to design our own program where we can focus on the interests of the children and find that the activities and projects are more authentic and require the involvement of thought processes. It is developed for us by Susan Portman, a reputable preschool teacher & educational consultant with experiences of over 35 yrs. The teacher student ratio ensures that each child is carefully nurtured. This highly individualized approach allows for the growth of every student. Special care is taken to address the difficulties faced by students coping with changes of school and English as a foreign or second language. The school has its own open play area and is equipped with a separate adventure playground for the younger students. We have adapted parts of our curriculum to our special circumstances where our program relates to history and geography, which are taught as a cross curricular subject.
