অর্থাৎ কেউ যদি এই দুটো ডিগ্রী ব্যতি হোমিওপ্যাথি চিকিৎসক পরিচয় দিয়ে ডাক্তারী করেন বা নামের পূর্বে ডাক্তার লিখেন তা আইনত দন্ডনীয় অপরাধ।
