As a pioneering institution in Mirpur, Dhaka, we redefine the standards of excellence in nurturing and educating children with special needs. Ingenious care limited (ICL) is a unique special child school offering early childhood learning and caring facilities for your beloved special children. Through early childhood special education services, we can identify student development needs at an early age and help students be prepared for early school entry. We extensively work with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) which refers to a range of conditions characterized by multiple disabilities, such as impaired social behavior, communication and language, and a narrow range of interests and activities that are both unique to the individual and carried out repetitively. It is estimated that every 1 in 160 children in the Southeast Asian region has ASD. Recently, Bangabandhu Sheik Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) verified that 2 in every 1000 children is suffering from autism in Bangladesh. Instances are higher in urban areas than that in rural areas. In ICL, we understand that the needs of special children are also special. They need to be treated with ingenious care as our name suggests. So we have designed our School and Therapy sessions in line with that. Our school section has five levels, respectively, Reception, Basic Life skills Training, Advance Lifeskills Training, Academic Readiness, and Vocational Training. After going through this course, it is our firm belief, that your precious one will be ready for any challenge coming their way. Our therapy section includes Occupational Therapy (OT), Speech and Language Therapy (SLT), Psychology, and Hydrotherapy. These therapies most essential for mentally and physically challenged special children which enables them to overcome certain impairments. Autism Welfare Foundation is a notable organization which work on autism in Bangladesh. The way it has altered the scenario of autism in Bangladesh has been inspiring to us. We want to work along the lines of Autism Welfare Foundation and break the taboo regarding school for autism. We are not a regular school but we prepare special children for a regular life ahead. We want to let people know that special people are also able to function more or less like any one of us if given the proper guidance. We work with this intention and strive to deliver superior services for Autism to the country where the number of specialists and resources are insufficient. Let’s change the autism scenario of Bangladesh by this notion and set an instance for the countries of southeast Asia and other rising countries.
