তোমরা শুধু ভালো কর্মকর্তা হওয়ার স্বপ্ন দেখো না;

Alhamdulillah — A Journey of Teaching from the 43rd to the 51st BCS
Alhamdulillah.
For me, teaching is not merely a profession. It is a responsibility, a trust, and a noble opportunity to shape the future of people.
From the 43rd BCS batch to the 51st BCS batch, I have had the privilege of teaching and mentoring thousands of BCS aspirants. Each student came with a different story—some with dreams, some with the pain of failure, and others with a strong determination to transform their lives.
Throughout this journey, I have always tried not only to teach English, but also to help my students become better human beings.
Because a job can change a person's life, but good education can transform a family, a society, and even an entire generation.
To me, BCS is not merely about achieving a prestigious government position.
It is about preparing yourself to serve people.
It is about responsibility.
It is about honesty, discipline, humanity, and patriotism.
That is why, in my classes, I try to talk about life alongside books. I try to teach not only how to perform well in examinations, but also how to rise after failure, remain consistent, value time, stay disciplined, and become a compassionate and responsible human being.
From the 43rd to the 51st BCS, the love, prayers, and success of countless students have been among the greatest blessings of my teaching journey.
To all those who are preparing for BCS with dreams in their hearts, I want to say:
Starting is important, but perseverance is even more important.
Talent matters, but consistency matters more.
And beyond achieving success, the greatest achievement is to remain a good human being.
Do not dream only of becoming successful officers.
Dream of becoming honest, responsible, compassionate citizens who can make a meaningful contribution to society and the country.
As your teacher and mentor, your success brings me immense joy. But seeing you grow into responsible, compassionate, and principled human beings is my greatest fulfillment.
May Allah bless you with knowledge, wisdom, sincerity, and humanity, and give you the strength and opportunity to serve your country and its people with honesty and dedication.
Ameen.
Your Teacher & Mentor
