1.1 Eligibility and Requirements:

3.1 Eligibility and Requirements:

1.Non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health.
2. High school graduates with good academic performance, aged between
18 and 30.
3. Applicants for majors taught in English must achieve an IELTS score of
5.5 or an equivalent level.
4. Applicants for programs taught in Chinese must pass HSK Level 4 or
above before enrollment.

3.2 Course Arrangement

University will provide a 1-year preparatory course for majors marked with a
specific (1-6)( ***) symbol . After passing HSK Level 4 during the preparatory
course period, students can transfer to their major studies in the second
year. If applicants do not meet the language requirements, they must first
complete the preparatory course and pass HSK Level 4 before beginning
their chosen major.

4.1 Eligibility and Requirements:
1.Non-Chinese citizens in good physical and mental health.
2. Graduates of junior college or equivalent education with good academic
performance, aged between 18 and 30.
3. Holders of HSK Level 4 certificate or above.

5. Fees & Scholarships

Scholarship for Chinese Language Students
****First Class Scholarship:
For students enrolled in a one-year program, University provides a scholarship covering
40% of the tuition fee, approximately RMB 4400
*** Second-Class Scholarship：
For students enrolled in a one-semester program, University provides a scholarship
covering 15% of the tuition fee, approximately RMB 1000

5.1 Scholarship for Undergraduate Students

1. For first-year undergraduate international students: Tuition fees are fully
waived.
2. For undergraduate international students in their 2nd to 4th academic years:
The scholarship standards are as follows:
First-Class Scholarship：

Tuition fees are fully waived.

Second-Class Scholarship:

For science major students: University provides a scholarship covering 55% of the tuition
fee, approximately RMB 7200
For humanities major students: University provides a scholarship covering 60% of the
tuition fee, approximately RMB 7800

4.Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must:
1. be citizens of Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Russia, or Ethiopia, and be in good health both mentally and physically;
2. be an academically excellent holder of a high school diploma under the age of 25 when applying for a bachelor’s degree program;
3. be an academically excellent holder of a bachelor’s degree under the age of 35 when applying for a master’s degree program;
4. be an academically excellent holder of a master’s degree under the age of 40 when applying for a doctoral program;
5. have acquired the Chinese proficiency of HSK (Level 4) when applying for a Chinese-taught postgraduate program;
6. provide TOEFL 80+, IELTS 6.0+, Duolingo 100+, EFSET B2+ certificate, or certificate of English as the medium of instruction when applying for an English-taught postgraduate program ( for non-native English speakers);
7. must have outstanding academic records (average score 80 or above out of 100 / CGPA 3.0 or above out of 4).

5.Others

1. Scholarship recipients shall not receive other freshman scholarships offered by the Chinese government, local governments or institutions at the same time.
2. Scholarship recipients shall not change their host university, major, or duration of study stipulated on the Admission Letter.
3. Scholarships will not be reserved if scholarship recipients cannot register before the registration deadline.
4. Scholarship recipients shall attend the annual review according to the university's regulations on Annual Review of Government Scholarships at the end of each academic year.
