1. You have to study attentively.
Ans. You can not but study attentively./
You can not help studying attentively.
2. She had to sing a song.
And. She could not but sing a song./
She could not help singing a song.
3. I am bound to do it.
Ans. I can not but do it./
I can not help doing it.
Rules: If there is " must, have to, has to, bound
to" in the sentence, we have to use -
Can not but/ can not help - verb ing
Had to: could not but/ could not help - verb ing
