Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) are other pre-requisites

Demonstrated skills in clinical planning and decision making.
Demonstrated effective skills in leadership, communication, team building and conflict resolution.
