- Position: Tele Sales Executive
- Location: Banani 19
- Job Type: Full-Time

Your Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain our services.
- Identify student interests and promote suitable study abroad options.
- Set up appointments and counseling sessions with senior advisors.
- Maintain CRM records and track follow-ups.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for leads and conversions.
- Deliver high-quality customer experience with professionalism and empathy.

What We’re Looking For:
- 6 months to 2 years of tele sales or call center experience (education or edtech preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Confident phone presence and persuasive speaking ability.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Minimum educational qualification: HSC or Graduate (preferred).

- Position: Student Counselor
- Location: Banani 19
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Salary: Negotiable + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide one-on-one counseling to students about studying abroad.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds and career goals to recommend suitable countries, courses, and universities.
- Assist in the university application process, documentation, and visa guidance.
- Regularly follow up with students through calls, emails, and in-person/online meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely updates.
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM and prepare reports.

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in education consultancy or student counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bengali.
- Up-to-date knowledge of international education systems (USA, UK, Canada, etc.)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple students at once.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
