5. Initiative: Taking initiative and daring to go beyond the boundaries is crucial for achieving success.

6. Decision-making: Decisiveness is necessary for successful leaders. One must analyse the situation, take calculated risks and make decisions.

7. Leadership: The law of success emphasises that successful leaders must be fair and just to their employees, customers and colleagues.
