This symposium is organized by the Department of English, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) in collaboration with TESOL Society of Bangladesh.

We are honored to welcome an esteemed panel of speakers for this occasion: Mashrur Shahid Hossain, Professor, Department of English, Jahangirnagar University; Abdus Selim, prominent Bangladeshi translator, academician, and theatre advocate; and Shihab Saqib, Assistant Professor, American International University-Bangladesh.

Their presence and insights will undoubtedly enrich the discussion as we revisit Shakespeare’s enduring significance and recurring relevance in contemporary literary, cultural, and theatrical contexts.
