Core responsibilities:
๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐ถ๐บ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐: Plan and conduct lessons based on studentsโ age and abilityโbasic water safety, strokes, breathing, and confidence in water.
๐๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฒ๐๐: Constant supervision of swimmers, enforcing pool rules, and being ready to respond to emergencies (often requiring CPR/first aid knowledge).
๐๐น๐ฎ๐๐ ๐บ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐: Organizing students, maintaining discipline, and keeping sessions structured and engaging within the allotted time.
