FundBangla Academy is inviting passionate, motivated, and growth-oriented individuals to join our Volunteer Leadership Fellowship Program. This is a structured, hands-on volunteer opportunity designed to provide real industry experience in a fast-growing EdTech organization.

Available Tracks:

1️⃣HR & Talent Track:
Responsible for recruitment, talent sourcing, onboarding, and team coordination.
2️⃣ Media & Creative Track:
(Graphics Design + Video Editing)
Responsible for creating visual content, branding materials, and digital storytelling.
3️⃣ Business Development Track:
Responsible for outreach, partnerships, sales support, and growth initiatives.

Requirements:
a. Open to all applicants
b. Running college/university students are highly encouraged
c. Strong communication skills & learning mindset
d. Passion for teamwork and leadership development

একটি শিশুর কান্না শুধু একটি পরিবারের শোক নয়—এটি পুরো সমাজের বিবেকের ওপর আঘাত। নিষ্পাপ শৈশবকে যারা ভয়াবহ সহিংসতা ও অপরাধের মাধ্যমে ধ্বংস করে, তারা কোনোভাবেই মানবতার অংশ হতে পারে না।

ন্যায়বিচার দ্রুত না হলে অন্যায় আরও সাহসী হয়ে ওঠে।এটি আমাদের সমাজের জন্য গভীর উদ্বেগের বিষয়।

ফান্ডবাংলা একাডেমির পক্ষ থেকে আমরা এই ঘটনার ন্যায়বিচারের দ্রুত, নিরপেক্ষ ও দৃষ্টান্তমূলক সমাধান কামনা করি।
