Summerfield Debate Club

Our club secretary, Fatema Manha, is always here to lend a hand, and is truly a wildcard of our club. She is the ace up our sleeve. She assists our club coach, president and vice president in navigating the hectic pathways of running the club; the club which she makes irresistibly attractive through her artistic abilites.

Clubs, like all social arrangements, have... issues within themselves. To part the sea of conflict comes head of Human Resources Shaian Sandhi! If you have any complaints or queries, she pledges to, at the very least, hear you out and take appropriate measures (unlike some people). :D

If faced with choosing either his phone or basic human nutrients, Samikh Alam will probably pick his phone. Wielding this to our greater benefit, he has been recruited as the head of the Social Media department. He puts out all that you, lovely viewer, are able to see. Including Internet-relevant innuendos inside the captions written by the boomers of the club, he keeps things witty and Gen-Z acceptable.

With her extroverted nature and inviting energy, Mazreha Zerin is in charge of the Promotions Department, bringing in new members to the club. She works as a magnet of sorts, attracting aspiring debaters at every turn.

The literary genius of Summerfield international school, presenting all of you Inima Ahsan, the Vice president of the sfis debate club (and the music connoisseur ofc). With her workaholic nature and immaculate music taste to tide over her deranged-ness, she defeats all hurdles (sometimes unknowingly). The backbone of the club, she works from the shadows to make it all happen!!

It's the myth, the legend, the man himself! Introducing our club president, Wasit Arfan! He tries his best to provide every debater with an easy environment in his club. He never fails to bring a sense of comfort and lightheartedness to his club sessions that almost makes them feel homey. His competitive spirit inspires us all. This is our leader, the starboy of the school.

Ladies and Gents, meet the Summerfield Debate Club's "Authoritarian Leader" ZH 'Vladimir' Masud Sir! He is our lighthouse in our journey as debaters and proves to be one of the best--if not the best--debate coach(es) in all of Bangladesh. 'Vladimir' sir earns his nickname, and despite sounding like a Victorian vampire thirsty for fresh blood, he is a very fun teacher and never fails to make mundane mondays (and wednesdays!) 10x more interesting
