# Job Context:
YPN-GEE Study Abroad Services is a leading consulting firm that provides immigration and study abroad services to clients seeking to pursue their academic goals overseas. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counselor to join our team and provide support and guidance to our clients throughout the study abroad and immigration application process. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, hard-working, self-motivated, and career-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational skills. The candidate should have a good understanding of the education systems in the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe, and be able to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to achieve the desired outcomes. As a Student Counselor, you will play a key role in helping our clients navigate the complex study abroad and immigration landscape, and ensure their applications are submitted successfully. If you are passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals and have the desired skills and qualities, we encourage you to apply.
# Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to clients of YPN-GEE Study Abroad Services seeking to study abroad, specifically in the USA, UK, Canada, and Europe, as well as immigration applications.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in study abroad and immigration regulations and provide expert advice to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other relevant organizations to ensure clients have access to the latest information and opportunities.
- Conduct individual and group consultancy/counseling sessions with clients, and ensure the highest level of customer service by providing suggestions.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client applications and immigration processes and regularly follow up on them.
- Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
- Respond to calls and emails promptly.
- Carry out marketing and promotional activities Online.

# Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor from any reputed public/private university
- Freshers or under-graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
