Job Description
As an Intern at WELS Education, you will support the student counseling and admission team by assisting students throughout their study abroad application journey. You will develop communication, administration, customer service, and organizational skills while working in a professional education consultancy.

Key Responsibilities
1. Call and Assist Students

Contact prospective and existing students via phone.

Answer their questions regarding study abroad opportunities.

Provide accurate information about universities, courses, admissions, and application procedures.

Follow up with students to keep them updated throughout the admission process.

2. Prepare Student Documents

Create professional CVs for students.

Complete student assessment forms based on their academic background and career goals.

Ensure all required information is accurate before submission.

3. Organize Student Files

Maintain both digital and physical student records.

Keep documents organized and updated.

Ensure files are complete and easy to access for counselors.

4. Interview Preparation Support

Assist students in preparing for university credibility interviews and visa interviews.

Explain common interview questions.

Help students improve their confidence and communication skills.

5. Manage Social Media Leads

Respond to inquiries received through Facebook and other social media platforms.

Record and update lead information.

Follow up with potential students and schedule counseling appointments.

Required Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree or Fresh Graduate.

Good communication skills in English and Bangla.

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email, Google Drive).
