সমস্যা কি জানেন? আমাদের স্কুল কলেজ ভার্সিটি লাইফে কেউ কোন দিন বলে নাই লিসেনিং একটা স্কিল।এটা গেইন করা উচিত।এটা গেইন করতে পারলে জীবনে অনেক কিছু গেইন হয় এই সাধারণ ধারণাটা কেউ দেয় নাই।

লিসেনিং টেস্ট শুরুর আগে নিজের স্কিল ডেভেলপমেন্ট করাটা জরুরী।আর এ জন্য প্রচুর লিসেনিং শুনতে হয়।ধরুণ আপনি বাসে করে কোথাও যাচ্ছেন।কানে হেড ফোন লাগিয়ে রাখুন।শুনতে থাকুন।কি শুনবেন??

ধরুন রাতে ঘুমাতে যাচ্ছেন।অযথা ফেবুতে স্ক্রল না করে এই চ্যানেলগুলো থেকে বিভিন্ন লেসন দেখুন,শুনুন।কিছুটা দিন এভাবে চলতে পারলে দেখবেন আপনার স্কিল অনেকটা বেড়ে গিয়েছে।

তবে হ্যাঁ যাদের লিসেনিং ধরতে কষ্ট হয় তাদের উচিত ইংরেজি সাউন্ড শোনা। বিবিসি খুব সুন্দর একটা প্লে লিস্ট করেছে।এই প্লে লিস্টে ৪৫ টা ছোট ছোট ক্লাস আছে। এগুলো শুনুন।দেখুন।ধীরে ধীরে স্কিল বাড়বে।লিংক -

১ মাস স্কিল নিয়ে কাজ করুন।যখন আপনি নিজে টের পাবেন আপনার স্কিল অনেকটা বেড়ে গিয়েছে তখন টেস্ট দিন।ক্যাম্ব্রিজ ছাড়া অন্য কোন বই থেকে দয়া করে টেস্ট দিবেন না।Any third party materials are like garbage.

ক্যাম্ব্রিজ বইয়ের ৮-১৭ সিরিজ ধরে টেস্ট দিন।প্রতিটা টেস্ট দেয়ার পর যে যে স্পেলিং ভুল হল সেগুলো নোট করুন।পরে রিভিশন দিবেন।আর যে প্রশ্ন গুলো ধরতে পারলেন না তা অডিও স্ক্রিপ্ট ধরে কয়েকবার ট্রাই করুন।বইয়ের পিছনে গেলেই অডিও স্ক্রিপ্ট পাবেন।

অফিশল গাইড বইয়ে ৮টা লিসেনিং টেস্ট আছে।ট্রেইনার ১ ও ২ বইয়ে ১২টা লিসেনিং টেস্ট আছে।এগুলো দিন।ভুলগুলো অ্যানালাইসিস করুন।যদি এরপরও হাতে সময় থাকে তাহলে গুগল করে রিসেন্ট লিসেনিং টেস্ট দিতে পারেন।বা ইউটিউব থেকে রিসেন্ট কিছু টেস্ট দিতে পারেন।

IELTS Master 192 Listening test লিখে গুগল সার্চ করলেই একটা গুপ্তধন পেয়ে যাবেন।এই টেস্ট গুলো দিতে পারেন।মনে রাখা দরকার যে- লিসেনিং এ ভাল করতে চাইলে প্রতিদিন ২/৩ টা টেস্ট দেয়া খুব জরুরি। একদিন টেস্ট দিয়ে ২ দিন ঘুমালে স্কোর আসবে না।বরং কমবে।আগেই বলেছি এটা একটা স্কিল।নিয়মিত প্রাকটিস না করলে কোনভাবেই আপনি ভাল করবেন না।

দেখুন লিসেনিং এমন একটা সেগমেন্ট যেখানে ৭+ স্কোর করা খুব জটিল কাজ না।আপনি চাইলেই এই স্কোর করতে পারেন যদি প্রাকটিস ঠিকঠাক মত করেন।বাংলাদেশে লিসেনিং এ ৯/৯ অনেকেই পেয়েছে।তারা পেয়েছে কারন তারা গোছানো প্রস্তুতি নিয়েছে। আপনিও নিন।ইন শা আল্লাহ্ আপনিও ভাল স্কোর করবেন।

সাম্প্রতিক সময়ে পাসপোর্ট তৈরির কাজে নাগরিকত্ব সনদ (কমিশনার সার্টিফিকেট) এর প্রয়োজন পড়ছিলো। প্রায় সবাই-ই বলছিলো এর জন্য কাউন্সিলর অফিস যেতে হবে, লাইনে দাঁড়াতে হবে, টাকা লাগবে, সময় লাগবে ইত্যাদি। মনে পড়লো prottoyon.gov.bd এর কথা। সাইন আপ করলেই পাওয়া যাচ্ছে প্রায় ৩০ ধরনের সনদ প্রাপ্তির সেবা। অনলাইন আবেদনের পর ডিজিটাল পেমেন্ট করা যাচ্ছে সহজেই। এরপর সংশ্লিষ্ট কাউন্সিলর অফিসে গিয়ে কোনো লাইনে না দাড়িয়েই শুধু কাউন্সিলর এর স্বাক্ষর গ্রহণ সাপেক্ষে পাওয়া যাচ্ছে কাঙ্ক্ষিত সনদ।

অনেকেই অজ্ঞতার কারণে এসব ব্যাপারে ভোগান্তির শিকার হোন। তাই সকলের জ্ঞাতার্থে জানালাম।
