Nagad Ltd. invites you to join us for a unique internship experience for three months. This role offers a great on-the-job learning opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

The internship program across various functions within the company will allow the students to experience a dynamic, fast-paced, mission-driven organizational culture, and learn about cutting-edge business challenges.

The interns will gain hands-on experience by working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance from a mentor and other cross-functional teammates.

Key Responsibilities:
Ø Participate in the organization’s projects and day-to-day operations
Ø Learn various activities within the function. Suggest improvement scopes in internal processes
Ø Provide ideas to grow and improve the business
Ø Do necessary research work, propose ideas/solutions, and presents a final project by the end of the internship tenure
Ø Understanding the overall culture of the company, including the brand, customers, product goals, and other aspects of services
Ø Engages with customers/clients in order to improve service/sales, as needed
Ø Assist in preparing performance reports, etc.

Required Qualifications:
# Academic:
Ø BBA
Ø BSc. in EEE/ETE/CSE

# Special Attributes:
Ø Microsoft Office proficiency
Ø Excellent interpersonal skills
Ø Detail-oriented
Ø Team player
Ø Effective written and verbal communication skills in Bengali & English
Ø Innovative Approach
Ø Java, C/C++, Oracle, My-SQL, Python, JavaScript, Linux, etc. (only for Technology Division)

Ø This Internship is a paid program with a Monthly Stipend of Tk. 10,000.
