Celebrating Academic Excellence

Today, the Department of English at Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology (SMUCT) proudly hosted the BA (Hons) in English Dissertation Seminar (Spring 2026).

The final-year students took center stage to showcase their hard work, presenting incredible research findings across Linguistics, Literature and ELT. It was a proud milestone witnessing them conclude their undergraduate journey with such brilliant scholarly work.

A special thanks to thr Dean, Dr. Syed Azizul Haq, for gracing the session with his presence. His inspiring words and heartfelt congratulations meant the world to our graduating students. He appreciated the department's efforts in organizing the event.

Heartiest congratulations to our proud alumna "Ferdous Akter" on achieving her second MA in English from Northwest Missouri State University, USA. 🎓

She successfully completed her BA (20th Batch) in 2022 and her MA (46th Batch) in 2023 from the Department of English at Shanto-Mariam University of Creative Technology . Her continuous dedication to academic excellence has now led her to this remarkable international achievement.
