Position Overview: We are currently seeking a diligent and proactive Online Class Coordinator to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining daily teacher and student attendance records, verifying monthly teacher evaluation forms, and providing exceptional telephone consultation services on a daily basis. This is a hybrid work opportunity. First 6-months will be office based, then employees can transition to work-from-home after showing proven diligence.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Teacher and Student Attendance Records:
Accurately record and maintain daily attendance records for online teachers and students.
- Ensure compliance with attendance policies and promptly address any discrepancies.
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders regarding attendance-related matters.

Monthly Teacher Evaluation Form Item Verification:
- Assist in the verification of items on monthly teacher evaluation forms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle evaluation materials with discretion.

Daily Telephone Consultation Services:
- Provide courteous and professional telephone consultation services to teachers, students, and other stakeholders.
- Address inquiries, provide assistance, and escalate issues to appropriate channels when necessary.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and uphold the company's standards of service excellence.

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
-Previous experience in office coordination, administrative support, or a related field is advantageous.
-Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
-Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.

Job Title: Jr.English Teacher

Location: Gulshan-2

Job Function: The Jr. English Teacher will assist in monitoring the quality of BoliOnline’s online classes throughout the platform, train existing and new online tutors on BoliOnline’s teaching guidelines, work with students’s feedback, and deliver online classes from the office as needed, in alignment with BoliOnline guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Monitoring:

Training Sessions:
Conduct training sessions for online tutors to ensure alignment with BoliOnline's teaching methods and enhance the online tutor’s teaching skills.

Conduct online English classes from the office as required, setting an example for tutors and maintaining high teaching standards.
Match Courseware:

Requirements:

Exceptional English pronunciation and clear communication
At least 2 years of proven experience as an English language teacher at a reputable English-medium school.
An IELTS certificate or any other suitable certification is preferred.
An excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Great attention to quality and detail. Ability to identify class quality and improve standards
Great presentation skills
Ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the unique needs of different students.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work with a professional mindset.
Must be comfortable with an office-based position.
Working Hours: 12:00 PM–7:30 PM, six days a week.

Salary: BDT 18,000 base + monthly performance and attendance bonus
